Yes that is what I am saying.... That design is obsolete making no datavalue
in the CBHIS.

For storing patient values I am using all openmrs objects --- Encounter -->
Observaations --> Concept -->Value

Finally the question boils down to OpenMRS - DHIS integration. Which I think
is another topic.
