  Here after the selection of appropriate Organisation unit , Data Set and
  Period, we can see a vertical scroll bar appears specially when the data
- set is composed of more then 10 data element or more. We think it is a

- organisation unit wave tree with menu and main become static and fixed
- and we think it should be static across the page. So either menu with

So  menu with wave organisation unit tree, header and header massage should appear fixed across the complete page while scrolling vertical scroll bar.
