- a knowledge base with links to reference guides + slides and sample source
code made for the open-source course we have here at UiO.
- quick start guide
- database and servlet container setup guide
- link to technical documentation

If you have more content you would like to see here please make me aware of
it.

I have had a look at the hisp.info wiki but the content about dhis2 is
pretty much outdated. There is some content about databases/servlet
containers but the way I see it's better to link to official guides rather
than maintaining our own.

Hopefully this will be useful for new developers.
