OK. Good to hear.
We have had a situation here, which may mirror what is happening in
SL, where the age groups disaggregation have been changed, but the
data elements themselves have not. It would obviously be desirable to
be able to look at the aggregated data (sum of all age groups) across
time. So, ideally, one would want to be able to reuse the same
category combo name but with different options. I would see it like
this in the table..
Category option Status
Over 5 Not active
Under 5 Not active
Under 1 Active
1-5 Active
>5 Active
Now for data entry, the status field would determine whether it is
available in the data entry form. But for analysis purposes, one
probably does not care, but would want to be able to look at the data
longitudinally across the break in category options.
