Public bug reported:

The current GUI only allows deleting of orgunits without children. As
long as there are no data attached, it should be possible to delete
branches. Even further, it should be possible to select one of several
branches and delete all the others. This would enable "inverse hierarchy
building": Starting with the whole world, one can select just one
country and easily delete everything else.
