Hello,

Based on excellent work using IzPack and Launch4J by Ronald Kayondo in the
OpenXData project, I have made an initial "port" for DHIS 2.

Please try it out - it runs on nonstandard ports for Tomcat and Mysql (and
you can select others), and comes with an uninstaller, so it shouldn't
interfere with your setup:
