Bulk generation of indicators is needed if we want to continue the approach
of focusing on DHIS Indicators for analysis, and not Data Elements, as
currently with GIS.If we agree to keep it like that, we need to generate
indicators for "facility properties" and e.g. ratios and estimates imported
from elsewhere.

It is both a practical and conceptual matter, and is linked to the other
thread on Indicators between Jørn and me.
