Hi all,

In a number of situations (i.e. behind a firewall), the very convenient lp:
shortcut does not work. We should therefore always take care to also list
the full path in documentation, e.g.
use

$ bzr branch
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/%7Edhis2-documenters/dhis2/dhis2-docbook-docs<http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~>

instead of just

$ bzr branch lp:~dhis2-documenters/dhis2/dhis2-docbook-docs
