Hi,

I guess we can add to this that we need to take the multidimensional model
into consideration when designing tally sheets, e.g. you would want the
tally sheets to reflect not only the data elements, but also their
categoryoptioncombos, similar to default md data entry forms.

(sorry, haven't tested this, just wanted to write it up before I forget
)
