I think it should not a bug but it should be a blueprint about data
locking ... till now it is working according to its specification and it
locks data traffic from both ways either entering data from data entry
screen or through import-export.

Usability.

After 'Save' all fields reset. Needs to retain the user selections even after the saving. Other wise it is difficult for the users to start from the place  they have stopped.
