Public bug reported:

The Add dataset window lacks the move all (double arrow) buttons which
is both quite annoying (e.g when adding all data elements of a group)
and inconsistent with e.g. how data element selection is done in
datamart export. There is lots of space in this window so adding two
buttons shouldn't be a problem.

Same thing goes for the Add dataset section window.
