I wonder if this is a bug. 
When user click the validate data which they have just entered. The window appear with notice that values aren't valid because it is out of the min/max . This min/max values weren't set by users, and they have never been set in the validation rules as well. So I couldn't know where to set this min/max values again or clean this min/max values. Deleting min/max value while double click that data element text box wasn't help this issue too.
