Nice work Hieu, looks good. The column headers now shows the period
names correctly.

One comment: The label for "from date" in the data view is displaying
each and every period names (for instance "From date: January 2009 -
February 2009 - March 2009 - April 2009 - May 2009 - June 2009 - July
2009 ")

This should still only display the from and end date that was entered in
the first form, eg 2009-01-01 to 2009-08-01.

Bug description:
In data browser the data view should be changed so that the column headings show the period names (as in Jan-05, Feb-05) in stead of the start date of the period (01-01-2005, 01-02-2005). This will make the table much more readable and also smaller.
