Are u talking about this one right?

selectedStateManager.clearSelectedOrganisationUnits();

If true, I confirmed that this bug had been fixed by Tran for long time ago.
But just only for this issue at some of places not at all. So, guess that
you want to fix it for all cases? I am going to do that now.

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software: Incomplete

Bug description:
When choosing parameter for generate report, the organization unit has yellow color when we haven't chosen it yet at the first stage. This lead to confusing because we don't know the organization unit chosen or not.

ADDED: Seems like the org. unit is pre-set with colours from the last time used. Example: Data completeness report > select org.unit, period type, and period. Works fine. Open Data completeness again > same org.unit as before already yellow, but apparently not selected. Need to unselect it, then select it again (or just select another uint) for the report to appear (given that I done the other selections)
