DHIS2.0.4 with default-dataset-entry without sorting options/customization, 
Not all the cases alphabetical sorting work out due to dael-name/shortname/code... not equivalent to the user's entry desired form.
Moreover, dataset-section for these cases is not really necessary: both logical(meaning of the list is not required to be splited just for ordering...more confusing) and technical(more definition/tasks: add sections, sort, etc.) reasons.

Suggestion: add move up/down buttons nearby the selected dael list when
creating/editing an dataset
