DHIS2.0.4: list (avail/selected) of daels, inds, ous, periods, etc. VS.
pgUp/pgDown button

Details: Currently when working on the list, mainly the
available/selected lists, it doesn't work out properly with pgUp/pgDown
button when going up/down the lists. This means that the proper way is
pressing pgUp button the cusor of the list should go Up... and the same
for pgDown button.
