Could you please tell me what is it used for?

I see in ReportTable has one-many association to DataElementCategoryCombo.
And "reporttable" table has a field named "categorycomboid" for this
relationship.
Even I didn't find the mapping stuff for reporttable_categoryoptioncombos
table.
This is the reason of my thought it is not in use.
