DHIS2.0.4: this occurs an issue with data-entry (list of daels for entering data) after changing DB language with no effects until open Dataelement section (Dael, daelgroup, edit-dataset, etc.)
Suggestion: automatically refreshing the sys. (basically daels, daelgroups, dataset, data-entry, etc.) for DB language setting (after choosing the BD language from the drop-down list)
