Just below the download link the for the latest successful artefact
(dhis.war) there is a section that has all this info:

Last successful build would be the one you can download.
And if you click the Recent Changes link just below the download you will
see which commits that are included as well.

Regarding version it will always be the next after the current stable
release (see dhis2.org) plus the SNAPSHOT postfix, so the current trunk
version is 2.0.5-SNAPSHOT since the latest release is 2.0.4.
