Hello folks,

I added Cobertura to DHIS 2.0. This is a free Java tool that calculates the
percentage of code accessed by tests,
then generates reports, gives us a total view of our code. Should help us
much in improving code quality.

Usage:
*mvn cobertura:check* Check the Last Instrumentation Results.
*mvn cobertura:clean* Clean up rogue files that cobertura maven plugin is
tracking.
*mvn cobertura:dump-datafile* Cobertura Datafile Dump Mojo.
*mvn cobertura:instrument* Instrument the compiled classes.
*mvn cobertura:cobertura* Instruments, Tests, and Generates a Cobertura
Report.

Generated reports are located in target folder.
