Hello Jason,

Yes we did consider that project. the reason we decided on this is because
there are some functionalities that are missing in the ihris  that other
countries need, the Tanzania team developed another version of the human
resource, and now we are trying to merge both ideas from the two systems and
include them into DHIS, the other thing for this is to have one system
running on the district instead of having multiple systems. the district
people have already starting complaining on the number of systems that they
learn every day.
