Resource tables generation takes so long

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software: New

Bug description:
When I try to generate the resource tables DHIS takes a long to come in action or the browser gives timed out connection.

I went to mysql or postgres and found out that there is a huge query running and the CPU is almost 100% for hours!

We discussed about this last month on the mailist.
