Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software: New

Bug description:
Related to an early bug report, all validation using H2 returns 'need for deflated data values' exception. this was even tested on the demo H2 file available on dhis2.org. Marking a dataset as complete or trying to run validation returns the error.
