Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software: New

Bug description:
DHIS2.0.4: After importing the OUgroups with matching the new OUgroup to the existing one, the listing view of OUgroup just duplicate the OUgroups though in the database the table orgunitgroup has no that such duplication.

After importing, log out and log in again + stop and restart DHIS2 but the OUgroup listing is still with weird duplication.
