Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software: New

Bug description:
It is not possible to assign datasets to levels before giving the levels non-generic names (level 1, level 2 etc). This should be possible. Furthermore, the Save button under Organisation unit level management seems to be broken, nothing happens when it is clicked.
