Bug description:
In dataset report prev and next buttons are not working properly  for eg :

if one select period type monthly   than suppose Jan 2001 appears and after clicking next button  , one got Jan 2002 instead of Feb 2001 .

same thing happened on selecting any period type . 

next and prev buttons are set to move yearly  instead of selecting period type .
