Buttons in Data element and Indicator group editor doesn't work

Bug description:
1. The New button to create new data element group doesn't work. 
2. The Renew button always ask for selecting data element group name while data element name was already selected. 
3.  The New button to create new indicator group doesn't work. 
2. The Renew button doesn't response any thing
4. The short buttons of selected Indicator don't work
