I am using 235MB mysql dump file on MySQL Server 5.1
with OS- 32 bit  Window7 Ultimate
Processor- Intel (R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 220 GHz  220 GHz
RAM capacity - 4GB ( but 2.96 GB in use )
