[Bug 655505] [NEW] A weird message error... with no clues!

Public bug reported:

Version:
    2.0.6-SNAPSHOT
Build revision:
    2321
Build date:
    2010-10-06 09:59

It's been happening for a while ... Is it for out-of-memory reasons? or else? (...)
can't find any further details!

But the fact that it makes the app (dhis2) crash and the only solution for it temporarily is restarting tomcat/jetty/...
if you're an administrator, it's okay... you can interfere the server. But, if you're just an user... it's clearly an issue!

For example, when running a report with the design created/tested by BIRT.
Usually if running the report with DHIS2 (standard report) it crashes (even just about 64 rows for a report-table + its equivalent chart) because of lacking of memory (based on a message error by BIRT-viewer in DHIS2-report) but it does work-out in BIRT designer (preview tab).
