Thanks for pointing that out. Its important to keep this distinction
in mind. whereas dhis can (at a twist) function as simple inventory
system with only reporting behaviour, it doesn't have the abstractions
(and we should be wary about repurposing erxisting abstractions) to do
common logistics operations.
Can anybody say anything good or bad about this openlmis thing. It
crops up every now and again, but I can't say I know anything
substantial about it?
