Add a patient (nambe-based module): unicode not working for text fields

Description: can't add a "patient" (btw, it's confusing with "patient" named concept... because no treatment happens to the people registered/monitored ... just for statistics registry)
Error message: "Letters or punctuation only please" with a cross mark in red!
