[Bug 676341] [NEW] name-based records: Presentative and 'Patient' VS. DELETION

Public bug reported:

Name-based records: Representative and 'Patient' VS. DELETION

Version:
    2.0.6-SNAPSHOT
Build revision:
    2067
Build date:
    2010-11-16 09:34

Description:
Representative and 'Patient' currently are treated equally. Basically, it's rational for standardizing the module or making it simple as possible.
However, there are points relating to these two should been taken care of:
For example, all Representative and 'Patient' are listed in the same list for one OU (Maintenance-->Beneficiaries and Programs-->Patients(List all patients))
If there is an user trying/attempting to delete/remove an patient which is a Representative of other 'Patients' still existing in the system.
Is it impossible, doesn't it? So need to check out an chosen beneficiary whether it is a normal ('Patient') or a Representative beneficiaries?
And it's also important to give out the message for users for case of deleting a representative beneficiary!!! Keep it informative to users as possible!

** Affects: dhis2
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
