Strange, but this problem seems more prominent in Chrome than in
Firefox, IE8 or Opera. The warning page shows up every time I exit GIS
and return to the dashboard. Running build 2198.

Bug description:
Running the latest code with Postgres, but still getting the "You are running an in-memory database" message all the time, for example right after logging in. It disappears quickly, but should not display at all.
