[Bug 682603] Re: Problems with sort order for data elements and indicators
The listing in the UI now seems to work fine, but the sort order values
in the database are now opposite. E.g. the data element on top of the
list in the UI has the highest sort order in the database, and the data
element at the bottom has sort order = 1.

Bug description:
A few things not working here:
1) The listing of data elements or indicators are always alphabetical, even when user setting for sort order is set to "custom".
2) The data element or indicator sort order windows (where the user can sort the elements) list the elements in the opposite order with the element with sort order 1 at the bottom of the list ( I hope this is not intended). The elements are actually sorted in this list though, and reflect the values of the sortorder field in the data element and indicator tables in the database.
