Hi Lars
in data element list, organisation unit list... We are using get method to
set filter parameter, It will not work with Vietnamese character (Unicode) .

When trying to filter/search for dataelement (Administration>>Dataelements and Indicators>>Dataelements)
the results are empty with weird changes of the criterion entered.
For example, entered "Bệnh lý" for filtering but it changes to "Bệnh lý" (attached)
It does work out for non-accent characters (for example: English characters)
