Yes. We are now implementing a standard consistent filter- and
paging-solution, and Hieu just changed the filter post a form rather than
get so I think it will be okay.

Description:
When trying to filter/search for dataelement (Administration>>Dataelements and Indicators>>Dataelements)
the results are empty with weird changes of the criterion entered.
For example, entered "Bệnh lý" for filtering but it changes to "Bá»nh lý" (attached)
It does work out for non-accent characters (for example: English characters)
