  tree view doesnt work with IE

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  using dhis 2.0.4 build 1742 (PostGreSQL / Apache / SQL Server 2008) - The treeview does not work properly in Internet Explorer.  It works fine when using Firefox.  For example:  On data entry screen, I expand the organization unit in the tree view.  Nothing changes in the data entry frame.  Usings using internet explorer are unable to enter data.
