Hi all additional observation to be improve:-

When search for Health facilities in the orgunit and check detail for each
facility few things require to be shown
like Province name, District name, Geocode where the facility is located
 and arrange in descending order by orgunit i.e province,county, district,
division, constituency, facilityname, other facility detail etc.
