Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  New

Bug description:
  DHIS2 now has a lot of help information available when we click the help button. But still there are many place this useful information is missing. Example : 
  Concept in Data element & Indicator function,
  Beneficiaries and Programs function, 
  name based data record,
  ...

  It make user feel difficult to get idea about new functions in fast
  way.
