Yes, it was - but not the one I suggested below (Indicator types are
up to the user).

In my case, the corrupt PDF was caused by three indicators where all
the fields for numerator and demonimator somehow had come to be NULL.
This may be something that happened as I imported indicators directly
to the database. Don't know Neeraj's problem was caused by the same db
issue - but I think this bug is in fact invalid, so Hieu's change of
status is correct.

  PDF MetaData Export not working

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After successfully PDF MetaData Export for Indicator and Indicator
  Groups, the exported PDF filie is not opening, while doing same for
  DataElement and DataElement Groups working and opening fine.
