  Dataelements get removed from dataset if filter is active when saving
  a dataset

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  If there is a word in the filter box for the dataelements in a
  dataset, all dataelements not listed in the list get
  removed/disconnected/de-associated/whatever from the dataset when
  saving the dataset.
