Public bug reported:

In create new and edit validation rule inside the left/right side expression editors the list of data elements is not showing.
When I select a data element group no elements show up in the area below.

I have tested this both on the Kenya database and the demo database on
dhis.uio.no/dev, both on recent builds from today (2715 on the Kenya
db), on Chrome 8.
