Debatable and def not a bug. The jasper export is not perfect for all
kinds of reports as it simply not possible. The portrait layout fits
most of the reports in kenya which is the main target at the moment.

  Change the standard jasper layout to landscape instead of portrait

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  It's not room for much data when the standard layout for the default
  built-in jasper template (Download as Jasper) for Report Table is
  portrait. Much data falls outside the report. Change the layout to
  landscape, and/or fit the content to page.
