Re: Fwd: s/Hudson/Jenkins/g
I had been following the story for sometime now and it is interesting how
Oracle are handling this. Although the Hudson developers community is not
really against Oracle, it's a challenge to keep up with Oracle/Ted not
wanting to budge. After Kohsuke left Oracle, there was obvious questions
whether Oracle structure would start dominating instead of the community.
The question is whether plugin developers would be in a position to support
both Hudson and Jenkins. I dont believe this is really the end of Hudson,
Oracle could well give the name back to the community... and stop shooting
itself in the foot in other open-source projects!!
