[Bug 715583] [NEW] Unable to move org units in hierarchy

Public bug reported:

I am able to generate org units. However, when using the Hierarchy
Operations screen I am unable to move org units around. Clicking on a
unit in the left hand menu does not create any changes in the three
right hand elements.

Clicking on an org unit generates the following error in IE8

Webpage error details

No obvious error shows in Firefox 3.6 (although I am still unable to
move things around).
