  Validation analysis result can be too long

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:

Bug description:
  Validation analysis result/validation rule analysis result can be too
  long. If one is selecting too many orgunits/periods one can
  potentially get tens of thousands of results and end up with a very
  time-consuming process.

  It makes sense to abort the process after eg. 500 hits and return
  those together with a message asking the user to narrow down the
  search.
