Title:
  In Std Dev Outlier Analysis there is an exception after  pressing
  strat button .

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After selecting  date ,available datasets and organisation unit  when user press start button an exception occurred :
  which is as follows 
  1. Exception (java.lang.RuntimeException): com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: 

     Caused by
  (com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException)
