This is true but is also reported as a blueprint so setting to obsolete.

  DataElement Dimension Report Table display has a bug

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After Creating A Dataelement Dimension report table, it is found that
  upon editing the display the first time all the fields of the report
  table are listed properly but when trying to edit after saving for the
  first time...the fields will be all jumbled up and in a mess. The
  Category combinations will be ruined.
