  filter, search function for data-element in customized data-entry
  (CDE) form editor/designer

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Currently the editor/designer for CDE form does not support for filtering/searching date-elements.
  In a system with dataelements (both category-combo default or not-default), the data-element list is quite long.
  So it's necessary to have this function.
