Unable to reproduce on newest rev. This was a bug in the initial
implementation of validation rules, and should be gone now (but one has
to clear the cache).

  can't Add new orgunit

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  There are some text field such as Name, Short name, URL,... don't
  allow enter text when Add new org unit. I'm using Firefox/3.6.16
